“Lissa proved to be invaluable with her ability to develop and maintain processes and procedures that we needed in place for managing all of the paperwork between our clients, the utilities, sales reps, suppliers, subcontractors and our company.  She was terrific at interacting with the subcontractors in a project management capacity and beyond.

She was meticulous in her work and kept detailed paperwork, yet was able to think on her feet and outside the box.  She was always up for any task given and brought a great deal of enthusiasm and joy for her work.  Everyone truly enjoyed working with Lissa and we valued her honesty and loyalty.”  Wendy Williams, Chief Operating Officer, Brilliant Green Energy, Inc.
“Lissa is detail oriented and extremely organized and professional.  She was truly a mentor to me and taught me so much about construction processes, paperwork, and schedules.  Her services would be an asset to any company.”  Carol Holt Nations, Senior Operations Coordinator, Kitchell Custom Homes
“I knew and worked closely with Lissa for nearly ten years.  In that time I came to trust that Lissa would always manage her duties promptly, thoroughly and effectively as a member of our extended design and construction team.  Lissa was always completely honest and trustworthy and I came to rely on her insight and forethought.  In a relationship that can often be adversarial, we became friends.”   Dwight Todd, Executive Vice President, DWL Architects + Planners
“I am writing on behalf of the Roosevelt Action Association (RAA) to commend Ms. Lissa Kelchner for her help.  The RAA, a non-profit neighborhood association representing the Roosevelt Historic District downtown, was awarded a $160,000 grant from the State Heritage Fund to renovate 22 houses in the neighborhood.  After receiving the grant, we were faced with developing our own forms to use as Request for Proposals and Contracts, which would meet State guidelines.  The sample forms which Ms. Kelchner helped us to produce were so good that the State Historic Preservation Office needed only one working day to approve their use.  Since we had a limited time frame in which to set up and use the grant monies, this was valuable assistance for us.”   Aimee Conroy Nelson, Co-Chairman, Grant Committee, Roosevelt Action Association
